All problems with our gloves must be reported within 24 hours (one business day) of receiving the package. We reserve the right to request that any defects be sent back to Things That Glow prior to reshipping any additional products. We will not be held responsible for improper use or wearing of the gloves that results in any failure or defects. Any claims outside of the 24 hour time period after receipt of the box will not be honored. All Gloves individually inspected for quality before they leave our store. Our policy ensures that you receive a functioning pair of gloves. To ensure the highest degree of success maintaining the functionality of the gloves we suggest that you remove the gloves from the bottom, not pulling from the top or the fingers. Additionally we suggest removing them from the side of the gloves opposite of the battery pack.
